Just found this via Fast Car Magazine.
1300bhp 2JZ powered Honda S2000 | Fast Car Magazine
Why do you need a 2JZ engine .. the Honda engines can make plenty of power.
Oops didn't notice that bit.
I wrongly assumed no one would want to replace perfection - the most powerful normally aspirated 2.0 in the world. Stick a turbo on it perhaps but why replace it?
Should probably delete it.
Sticking a turbo on a F20C won't make it produce 1300bhp, that engine might be one of the greatest 4 pot engines made, but the 2JZ is also stuff of legends and one of the greatest 6 cylinders ever made, can produce silly amounts of power with few bolt on parts.
Then it's not an S2000 any more is it.
Still half an S2000, the chassis, suspension, body, interior, lights etc are I assume all still S2000, just the drivetrain is different, but I guess you have taken away the heart and soul of the car when you change the engine.
