    I have a 2005 Accord Est 2.2CTDI
Can anyone tell me if the the clutch and flywheel is the same for all 7th Generation 2.2CDTI's.

    Mine is a pre-facelift 5 speed manual.

I have been offer a virtually new clutch and flywheel but I need to be certain it will fit my car before I spend my hard earned on it !

    Thanks in advance

I am sceptical over the fitments however to check what are the part numbers given to you?

I have not been given any part numbers.

When I looked on eBay there are a few sellers advertising new clutch and flywheel kits and stating they fit any 2.2 CTDI Civic and accord 04-07.

I will be cautious bud with eBay and grey market stuff they could be rejects from LUK which have found there way out for sale.

Mark do a price differential with eBay price and price from Holdcroft Honda our club affiliated.Ring parts and speak to Gaz,Martin or Lee.

    Thanks for advise

The clutch and flywheel I have been offered are genuine items, they are used though but only for 1000 miles.

I could really do with knowing if they are all the same fitment though.

The question is why have they been used for 1000 miles then stripped off the car.. its too good to be true bud.

They were fitted to a car that suffered a snapped timing chain.

How much do they want for the clutch?

    £300 Clutch and Flywheel

I could have this fitted by a local gearbox specialist for £200.

The best price for new fitted i have had was £875 from CG Motorsports.
