    Hi all,

I possibly have a sticking EGR valve so want to remove it and either clean/refit OR blank/delete. Can anyone tell me where it is sited and give me the benefit of any experiences removing, cleaning, blanking etc please?

    Thanks,
    B

    Thanks Speedy,
Do you know where it is sited? I have been told two different places: front of engine under the tim cover and under the rear of the engine.

i would certainly look at every option before removing/deleting and how this would impact on future resale and obviously the main thing Testing ... as i can see diesels being put under a lot more scrutiny than currently

keep us posted on how you get on

I think the noise could be oil-related... what grade do you use?
