    2003 Honda Accord Type-S Tourer.

    Rare as rocking horse poop

Possibly the best car I have ever owned, but after three years, I have an itch for something else.
    120k miles
    Engine has 80k miles
    Gearbox has 70k miles
Engine and Gearbox replacement done by Momentum Motorsport in early 2013.
Always run on Millers CFS 5w40
Gearbox run on Millers CR-X 75w90
    Always filled with BP Ultimate
Oil and filter changes carried out every 4k miles, using Millers and proper HAMP filters (1 spare comes with car)
Car has been thoroughly gone through mechanically, new arms and bushes all round, droplinks, wheel bearings, ABS Sensors, Calipers, discs, pads, hoses etc.
Long-Life Stainless steel exhaust (cat-back) by Street Racer (not loud)
    Apex 30mm springs
    MOT to September 2016
FN2 Alloy Wheels in great condition
Toyo T1R's on the front with 5/6 mm tread remaining
Kumho KU37's on the rear with 7mm tread.
Interior is great, very little sign of it being 12 years old.
Electric boot has been overhauled and works flawlessly.
Fantastic driving car and quick enough to embarrass a lot of other more expensive machinery.
    Bad points:
Rear arches have bubbled and the paint has flaked
Air Con condenser was removed and I haven't sourced a new one for it yet

    IMAG1484. IMAG1491.

    I am looking £3500 ono

Car is located in Northern Ireland, half an hour from the airports and the docks, so easy enough for potential buyers from the mainland (have done the reverse many many times)

    Cheers @SpeedyGee

Sitting in the workshop this evening having just given her a towel down for the night and began to wonder why I was even changing cars. Realistically, there is nothing on the market can compare to the sheer usability of the tourer. Nothing else has that much boot space and in such a useable shape too. Not to mention the auto boot, I am already missing that.

However, it's been almost three years I have had the car, and for me, that's about 18 months longer than I have ever owned anything else, which I guess is testament to how good it is. I doubt I will ever recover financially from what I have poured into it, but I just fancy a change and an A4 3.0 V6 Quattro Avant came up at the right money.
