General 2006 Honda CR-V airbox and sensor workaround

    Hi All
    newbie here and not so hot with spanners n other tools #
    I've been looking for advice on an easyish way to bypass the sensor on the air box to fit an after market air filter
    if there is such a fix out there
    any help or advice would be greatlly appreciated Mik

    You will need an elbow on the filter with a hole to mount the sensor.

    are these available to buy or would i try making one myself [now that will be an experience lol]

    You will have to make it plus the mounting brackets , or why don't you look for a K&N ram air set up twice the cost but it will be plug and play.

    well im just gonna give up on this idea as i can't find a kit to suit
    back to the drawing board
