Something I've been thinking about recently is replacing my cloudy, condensated pre-facelift headlights with the more modern looking facelift headlights.

I've always purchased OEM items where possible as the quality and fit is second-to-none. Although I can imagine the facelift headlights being rather pricey from my local Honda Dealership.

Question is, has anyone ever used aftermarket headlights on their 7th Generation Accord? I've seen these on eBay, just a tad dubious about fitment etc.

I'd look for OEM options for sure, aftermarket ones just won't fit the same.

I'd rather OEM options, just not sure I can justify spending the best part of £750 on headlights from Honda.

    Hmm....

Don't fancy a good second hand set?

I wrote a little guide for restoring those original cloudy headlights, can bring them back to almost new... I can't help with the condensation... but some one mentioned in the dehumidifier bag thread about putting a small one in the headlights to stop that from happening.

Yes, you can put some SILICA GEL bags somewhere in headlight but not near warm/hot surfaces. But there is a way to dismantle a glass from body, clean it up and afterwards glue them together with extra glue.
