Any members in Leicester or thereabouts might know Paul Greasely cars, Unit 5 and 6 Saffron Way?
There's a '54 plate Civic Hybrid I might like a look at, depending on dealer reputation.
A Morgan pal in Leicester (currently laid up waiting a replacement knee) said the area is very rough (particularly at night) and hence is a trifle suspicious, though he doesn't have any first hand knowledge of the dealership. If he could get about he'd have a quick look for me...

    Cheers,

If you know the postcode, enter it into the crime maps at police.org and take a look at previous crimes ordered by month. Most of the time it's just anti social behaviour which you can ignore but if otherwise then think twice.

Good advice there from @Chunkylover53, I'm 40 minutes out from Leicester here atm but I've never heard of the dealership.

Now, I was looking for something along those lines earlier, thanks SpeedyG.
Second review was 6 years ago, so the other two more recent reviews may be more accurate.
If the first one is true, I'm stuffed, 'cos I'm a bit of a Jag lover on the quiet!! :SOS::lol:

Crime map is an interesting one, never thought of that

I don't personally like that site, its only as good as the incidents for which information is released by the relevant force. Just my experience. It shows my area as being incredibly amazing and peaceful.....:hunter:

Assuming it hasn't sold before Sat 11th, hopefully I'll go take a look at the '55 plate Civic Hybrid.
If it has I'm down to Volvo S40 Bi-fuel (cheaper to buy, but probably not to run - except I have a good Volvo indie on my doorstep), or Jag X-type diesel estate...

Vovlo S40 bi-fuel ... will have factory fit LPG system, which not doubt will start to cause trouble due to aging LPG components (if it hasn't already).

Yes... Looking at the Volvo club forum it depends on how they've been looked after. Allegedly wasn't the best system when introduced...

Funnily enough it was a troublesome Volvo Bi-Fuel that got me into LPG installations in the first place Lol.
So I speak from experience

    No surprise!
Most Volvo dealers hadn't a clue how to care for the Bi-Fuel cars and most owners didn't have the gumption to go to LPG specialists for servicing on that side of things. My Leicester contact is actually retired mechanic, but towards the end of his spannering career was teaching Volvo techs how to service and repair the cars. When Volvo contracted the training out he and a Swedish colleague (sadly no longer with us after last year - MND sufferer - fellow Mog owner) went contracting, doing just as they had beforehand...
