Does any body knows how to remove the automatic shift knob I saw the picture in the Honda original parts but I did not understand how to remove it,
I would like to change it for one in leather.

You just twist it and unwind to the left from memory like the manual shift knob as its threaded on.

I reckon the knob is not replaceable , did Honda have accessories for them?

Honda did have optional sport knob for them, I have seen them before, and the knob is screwed on the same way manual knob is, you just twist and unscrew.

I should probably add disclaimer that I've never done it myself so do at your own risk.

Also the original knob is leather, well faux leather effect, so i'm not sure what jostree mean by replace with leather knob, i don't think there is many after market options out there.

I took the knob off, you have to pull chrome ring down but puling with a screwdriver but in the front of the knob you can see in the photo that the piece in the front is smaller
    than in behind.

The knob it self is screwed, but first you have to take of the chrome ring.
