It seems that the EU is responsible for the breakdown of diesel engine cars due to its insistence on the addition of biofuels to diesel and petrol. Motorists warned over bad diesel - Telegraph

I shall continue to stick to Shell V-Power Nitro in the hope this doesn't wax up.

So is the isolation to one region due to the refinery its come from or due to the weather in that area? If this starts to cause a real problem I can see emergency legislation being brought in.
