Hey guys bit of a problem. I have a belt squealing sound coming from engine when accelerating about 2500 RPM until around 3000. I have changed alternator and power steering belts but to no avail. Thanks in advance

Is it definitely coming from engine bay? As it could be break wear indicators, otherwise when did you last change the timing belt and tensioner?

It could also be an indicator of a failing alternator or A/C compressor.

Definitely from engine bay. Has been going on for a bit even in the dry. Timing belt not due for another 20k. Can you get them tested SpeedyGee?

Actually I can relate to that.. I have been hearing squeaking sound coming from the engine bay around 1800-2500rpm specially under 30mph.. Curious to see what could be the issue..
