Could someone please confirm the best and naturally the cheapest place for iridium plugs for my FR-V.

I should have done them when I did the oil & filters but other things have taken priority.

I've noticed since the oil change that when I stop at the lights the revs drop down probably to 700/800 revs and very almost feel like the car is going to cut out.

I can't see how an oil change can cause this but I'm hoping the plugs will help.

But will Honda recommend iridium plugs? And I'm sure a motor factor has to be cheaper?

Motorserv in wolverton are pretty good and will, or used to at least, order whatever you wanted in. No idea if they still do

If you look on Honda fixed price service parts they advertise iridium so I would think so, yes.

Well after looking online and not trusting that I'll get the right plugs I figured I'd stop messing around and phone Holdcraft.

Wish I just rang them to start with as I got an amazing price, literally next day delivery and I know they will be the right ones.

Can't wait to see new vs old.

Replacing plugs will not affect idle RPM.

Why not? If you have a poor spark you have poor mixture.
Poor mixture will effect tick over surely ? @Beefy.
I'm sure I read somewhere that on my year they need doing at 65k. I'm at 64 so planning ahead

It doesn't sound like plugs are causing your dipping idle, they'd more likely misfire under load if failing. I'd clean the throttle body, but then I've never worked on a honda petrol!

hooraaaaa! your car isn't broken after all!! if idle is out of spec you need to check the alternator duty and throttle body degree of opening using the Honda HDS. I know these things
