A few weeks ago I bought a Lumie daylight alarm from ebay. They are expensive new but reasonable second hand. So when the darker mornings come along in the next few weeks I'll give it a go.

Don't need an alarm, 15 month old baby does the trick.

...or get chickens and goats. They make a right racket when they wake up, so you have to get up and feed them!

Cotton buds not good for your ears, most common cause of people visiting their GP with ear infections! Our cat is the best alarm we have ever had !

Best trick to get me out of bed quickly was to look at the clock and realise I should have been at my desk at work by now. I was up in 2 seconds and out of the door in 50!

Alarm clock can just ring and ring ...
