I found a 2005 2.0 Sport with full Honda history and 78K on the clock, hopefully pick the car up tomorrow.

I will continue to do most of my miles in the 2002 1.8 Sport and get the 2005 just the way I want it over the next 6 months or so ready to take over the bulk of the miles. Im just a bit ocd and want to make sure things like all the fluids are changed, valve clearances checked and full geo is done.

Looking forward to picking her up. Would have loved a 2.4 but I do quite a lot of miles so the 2.0 is a good compromise between the diesel and the 2.4.

I have been getting about 36mpg from the 6th Generation 1.8 doing 90% motorway miles and that is supposed to achieve about 32mpg on the combimed cycle so I see no reason why I can't get nearly 40mpg from the 7th Generation 2.0.

Congratulations on your new Accord @Superman001 :Hooray:

You should easily get 40MPG on a motorway run in a 7th Generation 2.0

I nearly get 40mpg from my 6th Generation 2 litre.

but congrats on finding a nice sounding example of a 7th Generation with not too many miles on the clock.
