    Hi,

I am a new member of the Honda community....hoooray.
I have got myself an EX Auto 2.2 Diesel from 2013 (new shape), and so far I am very happy.

I have a question about the correct oil to use in this sensitive oil burner.

I understand 0W/30 ACEA C3 is the way forward, but I am looking for a recommended product.

Honda have recommended Castrol Professional to me, but I also see that Edge Titanium FST is available.

Which is better to use on my engine?
    Are both fully synthetic?
What oil are other diesel owners using?

    Thanks in Advance.

The cheaper one will be the one to go for if you do regular oil changes aka 6K miles.

Thanks for such a quick reply Ichiban.

I expect my oil change will be part of annual / 12,500 mile service, so I will probably go with Titanium.

    What do other owners use?

    Thanks

I did 6k/6 month changes on my I-CTDI FR-V, do you recommend this for the newer engine too?
I thought you were running your Mexican Wiesel strictly to Honda intervals so we could see if it self destructed.
