Can't believe I was given not even 5 minutes of the guys time on my driveway this morning..

I get the impression the chips on my cat were not worth his time. But I thought that was the point of a company called chips away.

All I was graced with was a load of teeth sucking and "the trouble is.." Comments..

Give me a break , they are chips on a car door, isn't that what your supposed to specialise in..

I'm happy to post pictures but wouldn't have thought there was a job too big or small....

Hugely disappointed - perhaps I'm unlucky with the guy that's assigned to my postcode...

Typical.. I'm off to Honda on Friday

Sad to hear that Tim. Even if he thought it is a bigger job he could have been more professional and courteous. If you can post photos that will actually help us in figuring out the best route to take and whether he was right or completely bonkers.

Thanks I'll get pics up later

Obviously it was a typo above - not chips on my cat but "car"

If it was my cat I would have understood his reluctance

People often ask if I'm a cat or a dog person. TBH either will do if I'm hungry enough...and with chips as well? No contest!

Picture of chips - ok first one a bad joke..

Honestly I thought chips away would have been an obvious choice for something like this.. Otherwise they should call them selves something else cos I'm confused what constitutes a "chip"

TBH @Tim Martin looking at those couple of chips I'd just get a genuine Honda touch up kit, and sort them with a cocktail stick (not with the supplied brush!).

Brayley Honda want 300 squids to stick 4 bits of already colour coded bits of plastic on my car.

What's the world coming to !
    Possibly might attempt myself
They can't get the part in until a month

Give @Holdcroft Honda a call to get a price for supply only.

Fitting the side protection strips is quite straight forward.
Just make sure you thoroughly clean the paint surfaces of all wax etc and take your time lining everything up.
At this time of year, it's warm enough for them to stick on well.
    It's all in this guide
