I've had the Accord for about half a year now, but i'm really not a huge fan of all the chrome not to mention the grille... Has anyone replaced, painted, dipped or wrapped any of this?

I've seen a couple mentions of the 'Sports Grille' Whats the difference?

Part number for your colour code: 08F21-TL0-670A, list price: £423.80

Give our club dealer Holdcroft Honda a call and they can sort you out with club discount and free shipping, it will work out cheaper than the above.

For reference, you can find the optional extras in the Guides & DIY section. The 2009 I pulled the part number from is here.

I think "metal" gear knob gives the wrong impression, they look like this:

    2009_0722TSX0018.

If you want a full metal one, I'd look into the Type-S / Type-R knobs, or some of the Mugen offerings:

Would I not have any problems fitting an S2000 one? I'm not sure how the fitting between the gaiter and the gear knob itself work...

There's things tend to be pretty universal between later Hondas, the gap you can see below is quite normal (though Mugen knob fixed it for my 7th Generation).

    knob.

Word of advice: no matter how many things you knock off that list, you'll always be adding more  The finish line is ever-evolving :Icecream:
