Apologies for the extended radio silence, but am glad to be back amongst peers.

Chopped in the Accord after I befell the wrath of the dreaded DPF warning light and then went back to a CR-V. Avoided the MY15 model for now, might look to it later this year or next but I'm not overly impressed with the 1.6 I-DTEC engine - its doing too much to lug the weight around, so I stuck with the 2.2 instead and have opted for this beauty below.

    ZZ1.

    ZZ2.

    ZZ3.

Sports grille is on the cards for next month too. :Niceone:

I actually wanted polished metal again but had to settle for some sort of blue/purple rinse colour.

    Looking good saj.

Glad to be back chaps - quite cold outside yesterday while trying to detail the car.

Need some proper warm and dry weather to do the job properly. While the surface is pristine, I'd prefer to clay it a couple of it times when the climate permits to ensure its cleared from any contaminants.

Nice to see a familiar name back on here TDK, the AOC morphed into Honda Karma and now slowly becoming the CR-V OC
Pick my 4th Generation SE 2.2 I-DTEC next month

Can I do this and keep my history?

I wouldn't need to if Honda had kept on making/importing the FR-V, I would have bought another (with the 2.2 I-DTEC engine) in a heartbeat. The CR-V is the next best thing.

Yes you can name change and retain your previous posts

It was good to try out the CR-V in the snow today - granted, it wasnt neck-deep like in the Highlands, but it was perfectly behaved. Although its undone all my detailing that I did last week in the cold. Grrrr....

But then again, if you've cleaned her up and given her some protective coatings, this dirt will come off more easily. Still a pain though, but that's what happens at this time of year.

I might have to change my username because I despise that moron Ben Affleck and dislike him even more for him being a pseudo-Batman, but irrespective, I have ahem, bought a new Tumbler for myself.

I'll start a new thread when my eyes tire looking at it....(he means later this afternoon!).
