    Is the aerial suitable for a splitter to be fitted so as I can receive FM and DAB?

    Never seen that type of splitter before?so can't say what it will do. Hopefully others pop up with suggestions.

    No idea what that splitter does, but I think that if you want to use the in car antenna for receiving FM as well as DAB signal, then from my (I will admit limited) experience, it won't work. DAB Antennas are usually separate things that looks like this -

    All passive splitters (which that seems to be) have an "insertion loss" so the signal level will be reduced going into both receivers. There should be info on a spitter regarding its insertion loss. If there isn't any info, then don't buy it (because lack of relevant info implies piece of junk)
