for those that is thinking of doing this but is afraid of braking anything, i just want to say go for it.

the qaulity of the parts are so good that nothing can brake.

when i was doing this on my former Civic the parts were so fragile, and you were just waiting for something to snap. nothing like the accord.

I also forgot to write about the steering wheel stalk control adaptor. you will need to buy this one for the insight as there arent any for the accord

Excellent guide, but it makes me nostalgic for the old days when all you had to do was push 2 keys down the side of the head unit, pull it out, swap a few wires over and push it back in.

Yeah the good old days. In the good old days you could fix everything with a hammer and screwdriver

Yes ... but No !

Let me explain : in this tutorial it's for a car wich is not equiped of a factory GPS with the independant screen in the top of the dashboard.
With the original Honda GPS, there's à DVD player in the car trunk and with the FR Luxury fintion there is 10 speakers in the car.

So my problem is to link correctly a new double din head unit to keep commands on the steering wheel and keep the sound on the 10 speakers.

if you can help me I would be eternally grateful :happycrying:
