Im needing a window switch for my driver door, all the unit.
its still working at minute, I've had it to bits and where the switches move up and down the little lugs are broke. I've tried gluing these but now I've got a sticky switch which is getting on my nerves.

do you know if need the exact same unit (EG all the numbers on this) as when i disconnected it all my central locking stopped working. its all working now apart from sticky switches.

Speaking from experience yes it is essential for a straight swap, that all the coding on the side of the switch body matches.

I've just been doing some research. apparently you can re-program these to your key. Has anyone tried it?

Not sure if you can do it with a second hand one or just new ones.

Is this a "Wanted" thread ? If so it needs to be moved to a different section
