anyone know where i can get a set of front lower suspension bushes?? they are the ones that the lower wish bone bolt through?

I only fitted the poly bushes a year ago and they have rusted onto the bolt already? Pain in the arse as I can't start the new engine until i have the driveshafts in?

The VTi/SiR are EK4, the EK3 is a D15Z4. The lower bushes are the same on all EKs but the ARB D-Bushes are different on the EK9s.

Energy Suspension are the most popular polyurethane choice, and perhaps the polybushes you now have which are seized  That's normally down to not being greased properly when they're installed. Honda Genuine stock is very low for EK bushes (some are out completely) but definitely the best choice overall IMO.
