To utilise the 70mm throttle body you'll need to port your RBC intake manifold to 70mm to accept it, the Super90 TBs also have a bit of a reputation for starting to stick after a while - they do look great mind. EDIT: Thought I'd expand on this a little bit and just say that without more aggressive aftermarket cams, you'll be lucky to gain 2-3hp from the throttle body upgrade.

You won't get any gains from the coil pack, on the intake side you can see some pretty big gains swapping to an RRC manifold (as high as 20lb/ft mid range, 10hp top-end), but it needs some minor modification for the RBC K20A heads due to the water port. Your current intake manifold can actually be opened and ported to achieve similar gains.

You've chosen really well with the exhaust manifold already, that's one of the best places for gains on either the CL7 or CL9.

But where you'll really make a difference to the car is tuning, an engine management solution like K-Pro or K100 and have her on the dyno.

For serious gains in torque, consider a K24A3 RBB block with your current K20A RBC head. With cams, tuning and the other bit mentioned you'll hit above 250hp and 200lb/ft.

Cheers for that. I will give the throttle a miss. I have already had it reflashed

I assume a cold air feed won't give me that much either. I wouldn't mind trying to liven up the VTEC noise. I had a Prelude before which I put a ATR head on the 2.2 bottom end and the VTEC on that screamed.

The K20s scream just as much with a CAI or SRI, but you don't get the same fantastic VTEC entry sound  Have a look at this, it's based around the CL9 but covers a lot of the common intake choices.

Dyno tuning will still get you far better gains than a reflash, but until you pile on more mods it's not going to be worth it. You're right at looking at the exhaust header next for gains in my opinion.

Well have both both turbo and supercharged Euro-Rs in the club already, maybe owners can give you some more feedback: @JDMTME, @ukcl9.

Might need to change the final hose to cater for the 65mm throttle body, but yeah it will fit fine in essence

Anyone know of a UK based company that does a carbon fibre bonnet, I have emailed LWS but waiting on a reply.

@Oolix runs FibreWorx specialising in custom fabrication for Hondas, outside of that I'm not too sure. We can source them from Japan no doubt, but the shipping cost would be insane.

I like the raw polished look, but if I did paint it, probably wrinkle black or a metallic gunmetal/carbon colour.
