Looks like a nice tidy install.

How have you attached the intercooler to the car? Have you welded the angled metal to the front of the car?

Will be interesting to know what effect this has on the performance.

yeap shiny  we'll se for how long
yes the angled pieces has been welded to the front, if it comes to performance, turbo kicks in around 200rpm later which means around 2k not like before around 1.7-1.8, but it feels like car pull for a wider range of revs, also sound has changed its lower now, but not sure if it's caused by fmic or because I removed part of resonator. anyway its not worse then before snd it looks great  so it was worth

    that looks ace!

I had one on a bora tdi. It was much larger though and got a lot of attention.

    Have you upgraded the power?

car has been remaped before fmic was fitted, but I'll have to go to dyno again to see what I have now

You will have loads of dense colder air  that will give you loads of initial acceleration. get the car on a proper dyno not dynocon dynos http://hondakarma.com/threads/1650/

    You want Dynapack dyno:Thumbup:

You're right CJ, air is much cooler, I noticed less smoke on hard acceleration so it means more fuel is burned  I'll go on proper dyno when I'll go to Poland and I'll probably get new map

it's about 2 hours job if you have everything prepared and got some diy skills ;-) if it comes to fabrication, only front bumper needs some cuts and two brackets need to be welded and that's it ;-) if you need some more info let me know, so I'll try help ;-)
