I had to replace the front tires on my Accord Tourer and opted for these:

    Optimo 4S - Hankook

Just wondering if anyone else has tried them. I will let you know how I get on. They are replacing the Nexen 6000s that the KIA garage fitted on purchase. The new EU lable shows them to be an improvement in all cases and very similar to Michelin Primacy HPs.

    Anyway, thought I'd share.

    cheers

Hi Neil, I had Hankook tyres on my Hyundai ix35 AWD. I traded her in for a CR-V. The mileage on the ix35 when traded in was 46500 and still on its original Hankook tyres. Sorry I can't remember what specific Hankook tyres they were.

    Great mileage and road grip.

I've got Hankook Ventus V12 evo (K110XL 225/45YR17) on my car.
    Had them since Jan. '12.
They don't stick to the surface like the Yokos, but I don't need that level of grip.
However, I do expect them to last a while.
To date I've had no problems or issues.
Tyres are very individual and need to match your driving style as well as the car.
Can't comment on your Optimo 4S - you'll have to let us know.

Yep, I couldn't believe it myself. Never ever had tyres last as long.

    Thanks for the update.

Agree about driving style and to be honest because its a Tourer and I don't go mad dashing around on a track I am happy with mid range priced tyres.

    cheers
