Electrical & Lights Headlight warning buzzer not working- possible quick fix

    If like me your headlight warning buzzer does not sound when the engine is off, lights are on and the drivers side door opens
    then try this, could save you getting stranded one day.

    1)Find this (Black) switch on the car where the doors touch the body look at item 16 in the diagram. There is a rubber flap that lifts up to reveal an 8mm bolt/philips head screw.



    2)Remove the driver's side switch and the passenger side switch. Now swap them over

    3)Switch off you engine put your lights on and open the door. If it work's you know that you need a new switch.

    This worked for me, I'm not going to bother replacing the passenger switch as it seems to operate the interior lights just fine.
