  1. Davewn New Member Getting Started

This is my first 'blog' ever, so here goes.
I purchased a new Honda Accord December 2005. Diesel salloon, manual. Its mileage now is 60102.
Problem........the VSA lights are on permanently. Diagnostic check by Honda shows fault in the pump unit.
Cost to replace £1997 and I get 12 months warranty.
Rang Honda UK........still awaiting a reply.
This is apparently a well known problem from the Bosch unit and is now a safety feature which has to pass the MOT.
Honda say they will remove the unit from the car and I can send it to be repaired (BBA in Kent)
    Has anyone experienced this problem.
I'll let you know how I get on
    Regards to all
    Davewn

Hi and welcome this is a very common fault and it well documented if you look you will find a DIY how to replace the VSA as well a few options for repairs.

Just search for these topics and see where it takes you. If you get stuck just ask.

Welcome to AOC Davewn. Cheapest way to resolve this is to have the unit repaired by BBA.
