Good testimonial to the I-DTEC 1.5 Diesel engine, wonder why the Civic didn't pull the same stunt here? Oh I know why Honda UK were more interested in getting a lawnmower into the Guinness books but does nothing for sale of their cars.

That achievement in India is far more valuable for sales of the car than BTCC racing or fastest lawnmowers how do you expect the customers can't relate to that, they can relate to a epic journey.

Promoting what people want to see, great reliability. That will help sell cars. BTCC makes virtually no difference for new car buyers.

True but Honda have sold over 100,000 Honda Amaze since its launch so it clear it's a massive hit with the Indian consumers. Honda Civic won't be able to hit those figure in the entire of Europe.

MG6 is the proof of that. Plato and Tordoff have brought it home somewhere in top 3 several times. 888 won this year's Manufacturer's Trophy.....and now the roads are awash with MG6s...hang on as second, they're not.
