    About time.
250ml was never a realistic volume.

I agree but Honda intention were good smaller bottle meant you got fresh fluid and if it did go off it was not a large quantity and it can't be drained and fresh bottle can be used.

500ml means you consume the whole lot in one shot.

Very true. I can't argue with that.
However, how much do you usually get through at a time?

I use 1.3 litres on the brakes then the remaining on the CMC.

So not that much short of 3 x 500ml?

So that should be cheaper than 6 x 250ml.

Its surprising to see the manufacturing date on the bigger bottle in September of this year but the announcement has been made in December to dealers to order the bigger bottle..figure that one out

I get that however Honda and its subsidiary work on the just in time inventory model they don't manufacture parts or cars unless there is a requirement for that part until that future date. For them to manufacture and store parts like this is dead inventory also from an accounting perspective three month of money stuck prior to launch that make no financial sense for any company.

They must have made millions of these bottles, so who taken the hit for this ?
