Engine can have a few issues...
Cracked exhaust manifold (more noticeable when first starting from cold)
Worn timing chain (odd rattling/chaffing/rubbing noise when hot and idling)
Poor hot starting if injectors or the rail over-pressure valve is leaky.

Clutch can slip and is expensive to have replaced. Even worse if the DMF also needs replacing.

Non-UK models may have a DPF, which is always a concern on an older car.

Those wheels and that bodywork colour are both really nice!

Lots of quality niggles with this generation, not upto typical Honda build quality standards.

Some of the common faults detailed here: Faults - Civinfo Wiki

It is quite high, there are loads of the 8th Generation around so might be worth to wait for something along to come up, but finding one in that colour and 3dr shape might be difficult.

Personally, I would walk away. Even if she has been meticulously maintained and serviced religiously, she will start to get tired around the 200k mark and if things start to go wrong with the engine, they are expensive to repair. Buy with your head, not your heart.

I agree about the colour and those alloys - lovely
