    Legal actions during the "Eisenwarenmesse 2014" in Cologne, Germany.
    During the "Eisenwarenmesse 2014", that took place in Cologne (Germany) from 09.03.14 until 12.03.14, Honda took legal action against three companies exhibiting products which are believed to be counterfeit. The following companies were exhibiting Honda general purpose copy engines mounted on compactor plates, generators and pumps:

    1. China-Huahe Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.
    (Taizhou, China)

    2. Polawat Engine Co., Ltd.
    (Samutprakarn, Thailand)

    3. Chongqing Senci Import & Export Co., Ltd.
    (Chongqing, China)

    A preliminary injunction is a temporary measure to prohibit sales and marketing of the infringing products until a final verdict is announced. Preliminary injunctions are only given when the court is convinced that there is a clear case of infringement.Honda will continue to pursue, by all legal means, the manufacturers and distributors of imitations, in order to protect the market, and more specifically the end-users, from confusion.
