Can anyone recommend a place for getting Hunter wheel alignment done in the Birmingham area.
I been using these people for few years now
Aline - 4 wheel alignment specialists

I do it once a year, this one is from last year.
Thanks for that Zoran. Will trek over there sometime and have it done.
There is a really good one in Solihull but wants 130£,this people are way cheaper and I never had problems with uneven wear or anything so worth a try.
Yeah I know about them. They all do the same thing, setup the machine and see what it says needs adjusting, adjust that within tolerance and your done.
Can't see why some charge stupid money for it.
Hi Zoran. That place is 2 mile from my house How much do they charge for alignment? I have actually just had mine done last weekend but at least I know where to go next time.
If i remember right last time i paid 40£
I had new tyres on my car Sunday and the company did the tracking while I was there. Am I right in thinking they havnt corrected the rear toe enough? Or is this acceptible? Or do they just want my rear tyres to wear out quicker?
Look at zoran bud it has a before and after and that print out you got doesn't say what we started with ..
They have tried to balance out the camber by playing with toe they need to correct that buddy that is not right. Get the toe right then you will know how much the offside rear is out by.
The before Figures are the tiny print above the big writing. It looks like another trip out Saturday then.
Is it ok that there are still red readings showing in the afterwards section? I've got a laser alignment booked in on Sat (although I don't think it's this Hunter thing?)
It just shows that rear camber is slightly out but nothing to worry about.
If the settings are out and not causing any adverse tyre wear or vibrations then it should be fine.
I used F1 autos and ended up getting my alignment done by two different branches and was given two different results!!. I then went to Aline - 4 wheel alignment specialists in Dudley as mentioned in this thread. It was by far a better company and I wish I'd found them sooner. As it was being adjusted I could see how sensitive the adjustments were and its actually made the car feel better. The price was great too )
Jace do you have your printout from the ALine place.
It maybe beneficial for us to see the difference between that printout and the Formula One one
I should have it. If I find it ill post it up. The house is a bit of a mess as weve had the kitchen done and a few things have been misplaced which im still searching for.
I might give these guys in Dudley a go , about 5 miles from me , looks a nice set up.
Guys, I need a wheel alignment to be done! Where to go for it?? I'm afraid to waste money for crap quality job as I know many garages here in Bristol don't do quality alignments... The one in Zoran's hands looks great stuff! Exactly same looking sheet, with measures before and after, I used to get from my previous Mitsubishi dealer.
That's a standard print out from a Hunter wheel alignment machine.

Great stuff! Thank you SpeedyGee My front tyres worn incorrectly (the dealer I bought a car from or previous owner didn't bother to do any tracking perhaps...), so I need to do it now. Another thing, my front tyres worn more now than rear ones. I've been told by one friend, if I've got front wheel drive car, when swapping tyres front to rear, do that "X" method. I mean front left to put on rear right and so on. What's your opinion about it, guys?
How worn are your tyres ?
Doing cross rotation depends on if you have directional tyres or not.
