if the dealers cannot assist well HK certainly will ..Here goes This code means DTC P149E: EGR B (Low Pressure EGR) Insufficient Flow

to test this you will need the MVCI to confirm
    1.EGR differential pressure check:

    EGR differential pressure check
‐1.Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
‐2.Do the LOW PRESSURE EGR DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR TEST in the INSPECTION MENU with the HDS.
    Test NameStandard Value
    Test 1Less than 15 hPa
Test 2More than 50 hPa and less than 110 hPa
Low Pressure EGR Differential Pressure Sensor Test
Are the Test 1 and 2 results agreement with the standard value?

Here is how you remove the Low pressure EGR valve,

I find it strange when dealers say we have no clue to what this problem is? They are sitting on the worlds best repository of data in how to fix modern Honda's at their finger tips. But they don't know how to use it.:depressed::Lipsrsealed::wait::help:

    Rest my case.

The OP actually said that the code recover guy noted was probably incorrect (P148E) and since he had cleared it, there was no going back. Honda couldn't figure out but then they assumed it was a digit off and suggested it could be P149E.

Still they can hook up the MVCI and al full diagnostic can be done and all valves will come up in a traffic light status.
