I have been toying with the idea of lowering my accord for about 6 months, as well as money issues and other priorities i just can't decide on how i want to go about it.

Lowering spring? Coilies? or a shock and spring set up?

I could really do with some advice, i need to car to still be relatively practical but it just sits so hi and has way too much body roll for my liking!

I have been recommended the SPAX SSX springs which come out at about £156 if anybody has these would be nice to know what the car handles like dropped on them.

Did you fit SPAX SSX springs or did you go for BC Racing BR Coilover Suspension in the end?

For many years i owned a Civic esi 4 door 1993 ,fantastic car ,major fault was it was far too low, certain speed humps no matter how slow i drove over them, and im talking about 3 mph resulted in underneath grinding noises,i would never lower a car .
PS , My Civic was totally standard .
