    hi all
the forum keeps asking me to post my Civic/s in the forum garage but not being a computer geek gave up trying to size the pictures as they were to big to fit in the garage?????:Unknown:
so i,ll post them here,it could be long so i hope i don't bore you all:sleep:
my first 1st Generation Civic i bought 5 yrs ago off gumtree under house hold clearance section i pulled it out of a garage were it had sat since 1989
full history and 4000 miles o the clock it took me a week to recommision it and due to being covered under blankets the whole time it polished up like new !!!!
due to the colour as you will see it got the nick name kermit by all that saw it

when honda had the preveiw launch and unveiling of the new 9th Generation Civic a major honda dealerxhip loaned my car for the launch and showed it in their showroom for several months with not so much as a thanks from them:sparta:

i eventually sold the car due to its originality ,low mileage i felt it was a museum piece and far to valuable to use as a regular drive
the new owner that bought the car from me built a new garage for it !! but does run it out every now and then
it resides in the manchester area,i must say sorely missed

here is some of my collection of hondas i have now
this is my 77 Civic over the next few months will be pulled apart to become my road going hillclimb sprint car

    sundayattheworkshop014_zpsb6a21d01.

the blue 78civic car is destined to be a track car and the white 75 Civic is going to be finished in original spec for the wife

sad pics of two Civics to far gone to be saved but a host of great spares

    civicbreaker001_zps80598113.

and finally my big small project a very rotten s800 a rolling chassis that was given to me and after several years hunting i have all the part to complete

    thiis before i collected it

What a selection, "Kermit" was stunning and I can see why you wanted her to be preserved instead of a daily driver. Really hope to see more of the S800 in the future now you've got all the parts together, a car I'd proudly own - once I get to the point of trusting my mechanical ability enough to properly maintain her.

I'm not sure why that was happening Slim, I checked the picture sizes and they're all well within the 5MB limit. I just tweaked some permissions so try again when you get the chance please, if for no other reason just so that others don't run into the same issue

What a stunning selection, and some nice restoration going into those cars. Kermit is just gorgeous too. Love the older cars, so much character in them.

Look forward to seeing how these cars develop....

    Beautiful....

What a superb collection of cars. Love the detail and attention that you work to.

Have another go at moving the pics to the garage, if you are still struggling let me know and I'll have a go at putting them in myself for you.
Would love to see them all in the Club Garage so we follow along with the progress of each :Thumbup:
