    I've seen this done live at MIRA. It's painful to see a perfect good brand new car being deliberately destroyed LOL

    You think twice speeding after seeing this crash, TBH all new drivers needed to be shown this sort of carnage for them to lose that air of invincibility.

    The average human fatality g force load is around 65g's, slightly less for females and normally in the mid to late 40s for a child. From my experience, the spinal cord tends to go first as your head is the heaviest thing which bounces around the most putting huge stresses on the spinal cord (think of how easily whiplash happens.) Other than that, its the internals if there is no exterior damage., that give in. An impact speed of around 30mph exerts around 20-30 g's depending on point of impact and speed.

    So yeah, slow down guys, you are going much quicker than you realise.

    That focus vid - g loads of around 400g's. Not that it would have mattered as they would have been crushed inside and died from other things anyway
