    Hi all,

Just bought myself a 2001 Honda Accord 2.0I VTEC SE 5DR. 96k miles.
Love it! What a brilliant car. It's like Dr Jekyl and Mr Hide!

Nice to see a dedicated forum for owners to share advice and recommendations.

    Quick question for you all.

Any advice on any home maintenance/checks etc that I should do to this car initially.
I am not that knowledgable when it comes to cars... yet!

But any recommendations would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance chaps!

Hi Bondy, to be fair that car is pretty bullet proof and will no doubt go on forever.

The only things that are common to go wrong are the anti-roll bar drop links snap, and the power steering fluid cooler pipe in front of the radiator are sometimes subject to corrosion. Either are not expensive to repair should you need to.

    Thanks Frankie,

    Useful to know.
I'll check these for any of these signs later today.
