    Hi

I have just ordered and received a rear parking sensor kit from Amazon.

Please let me know if it safe and correct to simply connect to +12v power lead to the +12v break light on my 2014 Jazz EX?

Should I simply cut the lead and use a screw type connector block, or is there a better way?

    Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the reverse light ?

You can tap off that but make sure you have an appropriate sized fuse between this wire and the reverse sensor ECU.
It would be best to partially strip that positive wire to reverse bulb and then solder on the wire to the reverse sensor ECU.
