    Nice one - I also read when doing the flush to leave the new fluid an hour before draining to allow all the contaminants to drain from the clutch plates

    just flushed the rear differnetial on my CR-V 3rd generation, and wow - what a difference.
    The car sounded like the rear wheels were both turning at the same speed when going into and out of supermarket car parking spaces, as if they were both on a solid axle. Now, sounds like a new car. The crush washers need to be 18mm inside diameter to fit over the stumpy bolts, but total for oil and washers was less than £30 (including 2 litres of genuine Honda oil). Instructions were fantastic. Thank you
