First off I love my hondas and jap cars but have a habbit of getting them to the way I want it and then selling but with my current accord im planning on holding on to it to beat my current record of holding on to a car of more than 6 months lol few pics and details of my previous few jap cars along with my current CL9

sold my first EP3 to replace it with my forst CL9

    First CL9
    IMG_174791079590010.

Then sold for my JDM EP3 got it standard and changed to how I wanted it to look and perform
    IMG_174728749781597.
After I then went on to few different cars inbetween
    my rs200 altezza

So now my new CL9 accord bought it on the 22/01/2014
    IMG_20140131_135846.
First off was to get it serviced and ready for MOT and then I went to put it through failed on front suspension arm bushes so had that sorted and a full years MOT sprted
    20140210_095401.
After that I always wanted the red honda badges on the silver one so decided this time ill do it to this one sp trip down to honda and ordered some facelift EP3 red ones still unsure about the back as maybe a little too small so maybe order a DC5 rear one
20140204_144928. Was really pleased how much difference it could male to the car, so when I bought the car the the grill surround had already been painted to match the car but the bonnet trim was all chipped so decided to get it carbon dipped which I think is subtle 2014-02-15 14.10.37.
soon after that decided that the eibachs springs just didnt sit low enough and also the front sat higher so browsing thinking of buying bc or hsd coilovers but came across a set of buddyclub n+ coilovers that came out of a euro r so got them fitted and have to say brilliant and handles so mich better really is night and day difference between springs and coilovers

    20140221_141829.
    20140221_141944.
After that I decided i would like spme recaros but didnt want to go down the EK9/DC2 types so managed to get myself of half leather red stiched r3 recaros
    20140226_144302.
So I was hoping I could find a set of ATR rails but with no joy I took them to a friend who does welding and we orginally thought we would need to make custom subframes etc and tbh I was near giving up and selling lol but we came to a solution, we decided we could cut the four brackets that bolts the seats in of the OEM seats and modify them to fit them recaros which we did we ened up securing each bracket with 2 bolts along with a tag weld to be extra secure and perfection job done, the seats are superb, considerably lower and hold you like no other, also it brought my airbag light on so quick trip to maplins and bought 2x2.2ohm resistors and done the job, the recaros do have side airbags and im still researching to see if the can be connected up to work with the accord

Then decided it was a well deserved clean 50/50

Also lowered the front more so this is how she is sitting now 2014-03-09 16.16.34.
So still to do is mugen rear spoiler, custom cat back with 2 invidia gt300 muffles and maybe some.new shoes so will keep you guys posted thanks for looking  sorry about the picture heavy lol

I'm not a big fan of bucket seats but love the half leather Recaros, I ended up buying a load of resistors recently trying to fool a few things on my SRS system so mine could pass an MOT with no joy - mine needs a fair bit right now to go back on the road.

The Buddyclub N+ coilovers get a lot of good press, look forward to seeing more of your build.

If you add your car to the Garage, I'll integrate this thread with that page

EDIT: Saw you did it while I was posting, integrated this thread into your new Garage page.

Are your seat ones giving bother regarding the SRS? I've just pushed my resistors into the plug although I should be soldering the wires properly...

No mine's completely unrelated (though I have Exec leather seats retrofitted in mine), 3 sensor failures, intermittent unit failure and all sorts - the resistor trick was one of the first things I tried trying to fool various parts of the system.

It's not any easy fix but I'll get there in the end  Good to hear that the resistor trick does work fine for others though.

So bit of a update was over visiting family back home abd while there managed to pic up a spoon n1 cat back system less than 8 months old that came off a CL7 euro r 20140425_144057.

    20140425_144103.
And also full carbon mugen style spoiler
    20140425_173916.
So managed to get them all wrapped and chancing my luck taking them through to get the flight and happy days let me put them through and not a penny extra to pay woop

so arrived back and next day straight up to my mechanic to get all fitted
    20140507_152815.
    20140507_153825.
Had to grind the old bolts off as they were rotted lol and held on by the 2 lower bolts so new bolts fitted
    20140507_155710.
    20140507_160202.
Now for the spoiler all I needed to do was to drill 2 holes as the spoiler already came with pre-drilled holes and bolts so was a straight forward to fit
    20140507_164345.
Well pleased how everything has turned out exhaust sounds perfect IMO not overly loud but a nice beefy sound
20140508_155356. And after a full clean usong some JDM wax
    20140508_125408.

Great stuff @allan_tifa ! She's looking sweet, exhaust looks good. Lucky with being allowed to bring over on the flight LOL

Are those stainless steel bolts you used ?
