Queries & Feedback Service Department at Holdcroft Honda

    I went up to HH to have a new exhaust fitted today.
    This is a brief report on how thing went.

    I had ordered the parts via Gareth a few days ago, to ensure they were there for today.
    HH is 1-1.5 hours away and I didn't want a wasted journey.
    Everything was there, ready and waiting.

    Reception was quite busy when we arrived.
    Tony, James and the ladies dealt with queue quickly and politely.

    Whilst the exhaust was being changed, we looked at the new and used cars.
    Steve, who was busy with other customers too, spent a great deal of time with us, even though there was no guarantee of a sale.

    The car was returned, job done, absolutely perfect.

    Went into Parts Dept to buy some MTF.
    Served by Lee, who was very helpful with some other queries too.

    All in all, a very pleasant afternoon, from a first class dealership plus club discount !
    Many thanks to Tony, James, Steve, Lee, the reception ladies and the mechanic(s) who changed my exhaust.

    Steve is a very nice chap considering he sells cars for a living! lol

    If anyone is after a new Honda, I can pass his details on knowing he'll look after you properly.
