    Hi everyone

    I bought a 2009 FR-V EX 2.2 in October 2014

Great car. Kids enjoy sitting up front and loads of space for holidays

    But....Something's bugging me

What's the webbing strap on the near side corner of the boot for? Does it have a particular purpose or just to strap long round things to?

What do you use yours for?

    Chris

I think those straps are to tie onto message bags

Picture from another FR-V thread on here.
    Existing Boot Tonneau.
The strap can be seen on the left hand side of the boot at the access to the rear lamp cluster.

Wondered if it was for a fire extinguisher but no mention of anything in the brochures

Cheers. Looks like it's for general safety related stuff or whatever you fancy.
