Well this sums up it perfectly..
BBC News - Motorist drives on dual carriageway with car bonnet up
German car or not, that is shockingly irresponsible. Its just as bad as those drivers who, in snow, only clear a bit of their windscreen to drive in poor conditions.
The cops should tackle this as hard as they do drink/drugs-driving. It is lethal and inexcusable.
It gets better, it's a dealership's car.
LOL I feel sorry for whoever bought that car even though it is a real gem.
I don't understand why the car was being driven with the bonnet up or why there was a battery charger still on it?
I'm gonna take a guess and say that somebody was going to purchase the car so the dealership had to get it charged and ready before the buyer came. Even if its just a flat battery, I would imagine the average consumer would walk away.
I've had to recover a bus back to the depot with a jump pack attached before, but that is shocking, what a complete tool
Why do you still need to have the jump pack attached once it's started. Surely it's done it's job so can be disconnected?
Personally speaking it's due to a charging fault and dead battery, but it's safe to do a bus, I'm struggling to think of any excuse to do what he did.
