Hi, Can't find in the manual if there is an alarm motion sensor that has to (should) be disabled on a ferry, and if there is how do you do it (It's usually locking by the key I think)?....2009 CR-V 3rd Generation

I'm interested in this - although we would rarely leave our dog in the car, I know from accidentally locking the children in it that movement inside can set the alarm off. It would be useful to be able to leave the dog in the car for 5 mins without her setting off the alarm. Any other suggestions?

Ok try this get someone in the car get them seated. With the driver door open lock the car with the key fob. Now close the driver door. Get your passenger to wave around and see if the interior Alarm kicks off.
