    Hi all.

I have a problem for a couple of mounths i would like to know if someone could help.
    For a couple of mounths i´ve noticed that my accord I-CTDI 2004 saloon has a weird vibration/judder between 1500 and 2000 RPM´s in 2nd gear and 1000 and 1300 RPM´s in 3rd gear.
After that is completly normal and smooth.
The weirdest is that sometimes is does and sometimes it doesn´t.
I´ve changed tyres, clutch, brake discs and pads, balanced wheels, changed the steering box, 4 driveshafts (blueprint), checked motor joints and the problem remains.
Next week i´m going to give a deep cleaning in the EGR.
    Help needed please!!
    Cheers!!

When you changed your clutch was the DMF changed also ?

What condition are the engine mounts in ?

    Hi Speedy!!

The clutch was a complete LUK set.
The engine mounts were confirmed all ok yesterday....

So was the DMF replaced or not? (I'm not sure if a 'complete LUK set' actually includes one).

Has any of the work done so far resulted in any change to the symptoms? Does the engine still pull strongly while the vibration is happening?

    None.
    All the same

    And the engine pull´s strongly.
After passing the 2000 rpms in 2nd gear or the 3rd in low rpms the vibration disapers and it runs smoothly.
And as i said the weirdest is that sometimes it just doesn´t vibrate....

Get the EGR cleaned out and see how it is after that.

Please do report back on how things go.

I have this problem sometimes too, incredibly subtle.

Only happens in high load situations.

Well mine does it independently if it´s in high load or not.
This is really getting my nerves!!!!
