    Hello all,

Can anyone tell me what the part is shown in the two photos attached. It's at the back of my 2006 CR-V in front of the sway bar and near the diff. The round metal pole you can see is now rubber round it and can rattle up and down. I don't know what it's called but I'm sure it should have some form of rubber bush on each end. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Will need to have a look at the parts catalogue for that.

I think it's called the rear differential damper. Not sure how easy it is to change or fit new bushes.

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. Yes it is number 15 on the diagram. Mine is just metal on metal and the bar moves around with no form of bush. Pretty sure it's causing a knocking sound when I go over bumps. Need to find out if I can repair it or replace it easterly. I have had the sway bar bushes checked and they are fine so it must be this part. Thanks again.
