Hi, does anyone have a problem with the inside of their windscreen condensating up overnight?

Now its dropped cold again its started doing it. Clears quickly using auto mode and the aircon. No obvious leaks, under the mats and in the boot is dry, no sunroof. Pollen filter was changed in October.

I reading that maybe warm air leaks out of the screen vents hitting the cold glass causes it. Do I need to stop the aircon a few miles from home and switch the system off completely when I park?

During the rains over Xmas, no problems at all.

    Any ideas?

Do you have carpet mats or rubber mats? if you have damp carpets then the moisture is off them due to natural evaporation and since it can escape you experience the above.

Just changed to rubbers all round, thanks Holdcroft....

It was misted up last night after I parked. Get in this morning and its clear.

Maybe it is hot air coming out of the vents after parking causing the screen to mist, then it cools overnight?
