Not the most thorough guide I'm afraid but should be enough to give guidance for anyone who feels confident enough.

Forgot to put in the guide (I'll update it when I do some photos) is that after you've got the whole unit out and before removing the actual EGR valve use a flat head screwdriver and make some marks or notches across the valve to the pipework before separating it from the pipework (both bits where you will be replacing the gaskets). This will make putting it back together with the correct orientation much easier and quicker because you can just line the notches up.
