Welcome to HK @Diz
welcome to HK @Diz get your Honda in the garage mate ...
Thanks guys, added my Coupe in the garage
Well im just here to say hello and look forward to seeing what this forum holds. Shame to see the decline of civiclife but the lack of activity over the past 18 months has made this inevitable. RIP CivicLife but seems to be for the best in the long run
Belated "Welcome aboard" to all the CL members migrating over to HK.
Yep I know I'm late to the party, been away from the forum for a while LOL
Welcome to Honda Karma @D3MENT3D
Great avatar you've got there.
Calling all from Civic Life I'm looking to organise a few club stands this year and would really like it if you guy's could join us too. As you all know each other do you think you could spread the word between you and try to rally a lil group of you that would be interested in attending?
The HK facebook page was a good way of spreading the word last time and I was wondering if you still have an active facebook group that I could post on also?
Give me a shout
What a bonus.. I logged on to Honda Karma this morning to reignite my Honda passion, thinking about all my old posts / threads from civiclife that I'd lose and now it's all here.
I've been on civiclife since around 2004 and joined Honda Karma around 2011 due to its more mature and functional website.
This is great news and will hopefully lift the UK Honda scene to new heights along with Hondas cool new models coming out
Look forward to interacting with you on the site @Anomaly
CivicLife was great but I like many stopped using it as much as great to be over here and getting used to everything, thanks for the effort put in by all to shift everything across, great job...
Welcome to the most complicated, stupidly layed out forum going.
can't work out where anything is, can't work out where to post specific topics and keep getting tagged in pointless .
Im out of here..
Bye bye !!
It's unusual to hear negative feedback like this. Usually people comment positively and say how well the forum is laid out.
If you're struggling to find stuff, just shout.
Tagging is entirely configurable.
It's human nature to stick to something that you are use to, anything different is met with resistance. Just takes time to get use to change.
As Speedy has said if you get stuck give any of us a shout and we will be happy to help
I think its well laid out for such a vast catering forum, you need to realise the club is catering for everything that is Honda, and Honda isn't a small company who just build one or two car models. It is a bit overwhelming & for a new beginner it will seem that way, but overtime you get used to it. I tend to just stick to sections that interest me, too time consuming browsing every sections, but I do that randomly every now and again.
well all I feel we all here to help each other and if any one gets stuck gives us a shout and we do our best to help...it like one big family....
