    I will need to replace two Bridgestone tyres shortly.

    I've used to supply two Bridgestone Turanza T001 205/55 R16 V (91) in April thisyear.

    This supplier, and the local garage that fitted the tyres, were fine.

    Any other suggestions re suppliers please, for comparison - or have I found the best source already?

  2. Don't bother - get Yokohamas. :Wink:

    OK, can you tell me more?

    Advantages and disadvantages of Yokohama over Bridgestone Turanza tyres:
    * price?
    * expected life?
    * road handling?
    * guarantee?
    * what else?

    Can I buy Yokohamas with the same spec (or near enough) as the Bridgestone tyres I've mentioned?

    Best place to buy? Must be fitted locally ie in North Herts.

    I've used blackcircles before and had no problems. But having 18's the fitters charge more to put the new Tyres on. As they include their fitting price in the cost of the tyre they could supply for the same price. so it's always worth asking your local fitters if they will price match.

    Have you tried camskill, they are always fairly well priced compare to Irish prices anyway.

    I find black circles expensive these days now everyone knows about them.
    Try Mytyres and opodo. Camskill are good too as someone mentioned above.
    Don't laugh, but occasionally kwikfit aren't bad too but only if you book and pay online. Their standard prices are bonkers!
  9. Agreed, don't got there anymore for that reason, for the same money I go to a local family owned place and get A1 service.
