Anybody know anything about this website or ever dealed with website?
    https://www.carwow.co.uk/
Came across it accidentally and got few offers for a brand new CR-V EX petrol in black for really good price.
Just suspicious of it really as it sound like too good to be true tbh.

Can get brand new CR-V EX with 12 month road tax, full tank of fuel etc for 25K.

I've not used them, but they are often referred to positively in the press and auto publications. In any case, you still purchase the vehicle direct from an authorised dealer and don't pay Carwow anything.

Just read a bit more in depth about it and yes it's a dealer that pay some kind of comission to them if i read it right.
Anyway had 3 offers so far and one is nearly 6K off RRP price.

25K if you take Honda finance and 27K cash price is best offer so far.
    Still waiting for two more.

I'm currently getting quotes in for a Mazda 6 Tourer. Best yet is only £528 discount if paying cash. #underwhelmed

If in doubt with any site id avoid it.
If buying a large item (like an expensive car) then please pay with credit card.

That way if anything happens you're more protected then if you pay with debit card.

    @AccordCU2

Always worth taking your online quote to a couple of Honda dealers as well to see whether they'll match it.

You still buy directly from a dealer.

When we bought our Toyota as a brand new car we went use a credit card to pay (actually two), but the dealer demanded extra payment to cover the card charges. Cue a whole load more negotiations...

Actually, I wouldn't want a diesel, as the DPF would be a worry.

And that ones a pre-registered 2015... I'd want a fair bit more than that off.

It's a really good price that but wrong gearbox unfortunately.
    Don't like automatics .

Got all 5 offers now and 27K cash price was the best one.
Not in a rush to buy and was just curious about carwow website more then anything really.
Got till end of the year to save up few more pennies and buy it outright rather then finance it.

Mazda offered me 6k off a new car. It was great value if I'd had the money. Really nice to drive too.

Had another quote yesterday, but still only a disappointing discount (£750) on offer UNLESS taking out finance.

Ha ha - I've just been offered a massive £84 discount by one dealer!

Update - 5 offers now. Best offer is only £750 discount for 'cash' but £3250 for finance (no info on terms). Looks like they make a large proportion of their profit off the back of the finance deal? Overall, I'm disappointed with those results.

My best offer was 4K under RRP and worse 1K under RRP.
Not bad but i think i could get that from local dealer anyway.
On finance best offer was nearly 6K under .

Thinking of buying through carwow.com? - Civinfo
Looks like Honda dealers are more desperate than Mazda dealers?

    I've seen that one.
Looks like Ash was very happy with his deal for a CR-V.
